WoonWijzerWinkel helps residents make their homes more energy-efficient, but the IT landscape grew organically. My approach: first map the whole playing field — systems (WordPress, Zoho CRM), processes (from subsidy application to execution) and people (team, coaches, installers). Based on that, I build a structural proposition: process optimization, integrations, project structure and IT management. Weekly hours with a fixed day, so progress stays continuous.
