Your phone always picks up
An AI receptionist for Dutch businesses that value trust. It books appointments, captures leads, takes messages — and hands over when it really needs a human.
How many callers are you missing?
A full-time receptionist easily costs around €45,000-55,000 per year — and yet roughly a quarter of incoming calls are still missed, especially during peak hours and after closing. Every missed call is a lost customer or appointment.
What it does
Books appointments
Callers get a suitable slot offered right away. Approval always stays manual — nothing enters your calendar without your OK.
Captures leads
Name, company, email and subject are neatly recorded and passed on to you. No call-back needed for basic questions.
Takes messages
No silent voicemail: callers leave a message you see instantly.
Forwards calls
On confusion, anger or an explicit request for a human — the AI hands over, without friction.
Bilingual NL/EN
Fluent in Dutch and English — handy in regions with expats and tourism.
Privacy is built in
This product is built for businesses that handle client data confidentially: legal, healthcare, finance. The points below are not intentions — they are built into the configuration and the agreements.
- AI Act Art. 50 compliant — the agent introduces itself as AI
- No voice cloning, no selling of call data
- GDPR-compliant processing, including a data processing agreement
- Data stays under own management, on own infrastructure; option for a fully private environment (custom build)
How it works
1. Demo on a real number
You hear the agent live on the phone — no slideware. Then we decide together whether it fits you.
2. Implementation at a fixed price
No hourly rate. A fixed price for the implementation: knowledge of your business, number, agent, tools and testing.
3. Care & tuning per month
A voice agent is never 'done'. With monthly care you keep steering: model drift, new questions, new features.
No hourly rate — fixed price + care
I run this system myself for my own business. Pricing is transparent: a fixed implementation price and a monthly care plan for ongoing development. Variable usage costs (AI minutes + telephony) are passed through separately at cost. Compared to a full-time receptionist, this is break-even within 3-6 months for many businesses.
- Fixed price for the implementation
- Monthly care: tuning, monitoring, new features
- Usage costs (AI minutes + telephony) at cost
- Minimum 3-6 months, then cancel monthly
Frequently asked questions
What is an AI receptionist?
An AI receptionist answers incoming calls on behalf of your business: scheduling appointments, answering frequently asked questions, taking messages and handing off urgent calls. It is available 24/7, also outside business hours.
How many calls get missed?
On average about 25% of incoming calls are missed: during meetings, around lunchtime and after closing. For care and service providers, a missed call is often an appointment or a new client that never gets scheduled.
Do I have to tell callers they are talking to AI?
Yes. Article 50 of the European AI Act has required since 2 August 2026 that users of AI systems that communicate with people inform them that they are talking to AI. The receptionist is set up to do this at the start of the call.
What happens to call data?
Conversations can run on your own infrastructure, are not used to train models and get a short, clear retention period. You keep control over who has access.
How much does an AI receptionist cost?
Costs consist of a one-off setup and a monthly service, depending on the number of lines, languages and integrations. In practice, break-even versus a receptionist is often 3 to 6 months.
Can the receptionist recognise emergencies?
Yes. The receptionist is trained on your domain and your urgent procedures and hands off to a real person in the office in an emergency.
